Recently working out at home has really begun to take off and this is in no small part thanks to all of the huge increase in the variety of workout machines that are available. You can get almost anything you’d find in the normal gym in your own home nowadays and this is especially true for the humble treadmill. This is often a lot of people’s favourite machine thanks to its versatility. If you’re training for a marathon and need to practise a long run, you can do it on a treadmill. If you feel like a casual walking workout is best suited to yourself then you can do this as well. Long story short, treadmills are very versatile pieces of kit and most people can find a use for one but the questions begin to arise when you are deciding which one to get. That is where we are here to help and today we will be taking a look at the Goplus Electric 800W Treadmill!
What features does it have?
As treadmills go the Goplus is not the most impressive model but it still has a good number of features. To get things moving the first feature worth mentioning is the 800 watts of power that this machine has. This is more than enough to suit most running needs. The Goplus has a weight capacity of 220lbs, and the runway size measures 14 x 39.4 inches so it doesn’t matter which member of the family uses it, this treadmill should run smoothly! You can set your speed as well, and the Goplus has speeds varying from 1kmph up to 12 kmph. Perhaps the biggest and most important feature that this machine has is its ability to fold down when not in use. This really does make it stand out from the crowd!
What are the Positives?
Having the ability to fold down this treadmill after you have finished your workout is an invaluable one. You can put it under the bed or even tuck it away in the cupboard, but being able to put it out of the way will be a big plus to those who like to keep their house tidy. The other positive aspect of the Goplus is the flexibility you get with the settings, which should enable you to get the right one for yourself!
What’s bad about it?
Whilst there are a good number of positives to go with the Goplus, there is one huge negative point about it as well. Many customers have complained that the running belt has a tendency to skip when it is in use. Now not only is the inconvenient, but it could even border on dangerous. If you want to compare this machine to others, then you can do just that here at Treadmill Trends.
What started off as a promising looking treadmill fell of quite suddenly. Having a treadmill whose running belt skips on occasion is almost pointless, and if you are on the lookout for one of these machines you may be best served checking out some others as well.
